Living with Crohnfidence

Here is the link to my fundraising campaign which will raise money for the "Connecting to Cure Crohn's & Colitis" organization, founded by Stacy Dylan and Dana Zatulove. This organization is a 501c3 non profit, and all donations are tax deductible.  100% of these proceeds will be donated to Crohn's and Colitis research to advance medicine and help find a cure!  We appreciate and accept all donations because every donation, regardless of amount, makes a difference.
